How we usually reply
We're a small editorial team, not a round-the-clock support desk, so we can't promise an instant reply. For ordinary corrections and partnership notes, we try to respond within a few working days of seeing them; anything that needs cross-checking against the official rules may take longer, so please bear with us. If we confirm we got something wrong, we'll fix the page in question and log the change in Corrections, so you can see the result.
Once more: who we are
SpotRules is an independent learning guide with no official ties to Binance. We are not Binance's website, and we can't speak for Binance on any official matter. What we can do is explain the rules clearly and fix mistakes when they turn up. For anything involving your account or your funds, go through Binance's official channels.

How long until I hear back?
We're a small editorial team and can't promise an instant reply. Ordinary corrections and partnership notes we try to answer within a few working days; anything that needs checking may take a little longer.
Can you help with account login or withdrawal problems?
No. Those involve your Binance account and should go to Binance's official support. We have no official ties to Binance and can't handle account or funds issues.
Would you ever ask me for my password or verification code?
Never. Anyone asking for your password, private key, verification code, or seed phrase is not us — don't provide it.
